Stayed Week of Oct 18, 2009. Room was very nice, clean and balcony opened right onto the beach - Lovely, lovely. Parking was not an issue and the Staff were very pleasant and helpful. Huck's Low Country next door shouldn't be missed! Elevator worked without exception but would be a great addition to any Haunted House!!!

Great place to stay! There are some cool places to eat & shop very close by, and it definitely didn't hurt that we got a complimentary upgrade on our room! I think we'd definitely stay here again!

We had a great stay at the Palms. The room was comfortable, clean and exactly as advertised. We had an oceanfront suite. The beach was clean and the clientele was quiet. There were several shops nearby which was convenient since there was a fridge and microwave in the room. The restaurants on either side of the hotel had accoustic live music every night which was pleasant. The music wasn't loud and ended at 10:00pm. We will definitely visit again!

The beds are extremely comfortable and plenty of soft pillows. The pool has a great section that is only 3ft deep and perfect for 4 year olds.
